Returns Policy

At Khalibags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your bag, we offer a 30-day return policy.


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is not a final sale or discounted item (unless otherwise specified).

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned item.

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the returned item and can be used towards a future purchase.
